About Us

Lauren and Jen are Licensed Clinical Social Workers who bring diverse professional and lived experience to their work. Our different paths shape a warm, relational, and deeply human approach to therapy.

We provide psychotherapy for adults throughout New York State, grounded in social work values, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, client centered, mindfulness, and respect for each person’s unique context.

We work with adults navigating relational trauma, addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, high sensitivity, grief and loss, relationship concerns, identity, life transitions, and spiritual or existential concerns

Spirituality and Intuitive Practices in Therapy

For clients who want to explore it, therapy can make space for spirituality, intuition, meaning-making, mindfulness, and connection to something larger than oneself.

We support spiritual exploration and development, as well as healing from religious or spiritual trauma. Lauren and Jen each have their own spiritual practices and belief systems, which deepen our capacity for presence, curiosity, self-awareness, and compassionate care without imposing those beliefs or practices on clients.

Our clinical training keeps this work ethical, grounded, collaborative, and led by you. We do not promote any particular spiritual path or belief system. Spiritual exploration is always optional, free from dogma, and included only when it feels meaningful to you.For clients who want to explore it, therapy can also make room for spirituality, intuition, meaning-making, , and connection to something larger than oneself.
