Jen Ciraulo, LCSW

Therapist based in Manhattan, seeing clients online across New York State.

Working with me is a space where every part of you is welcome. You don’t have to hide your sensitivity, your spirituality, your humor, your contradictions, or the parts of yourself you’ve been told are “too much”.

Whether you’re recovering from trauma, navigating addictions or life transitions, questioning long held patterns, or seeking deeper meaning, our work together in therapy helps you reconnect with yourself rather than fix yourself.

My approach is relational, attachment-based, trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, holistic, and spiritually integrated. I draw on psychodynamic and Jungian-informed therapy, energy psychology, and EFT/tapping.
